Ceramic fragment, specifically a jubilee jug neck.

These kind of ceramics were specially made to hold offerings to celebrate the 30 years of reign or Heb-Sed.

Cuello de jarra cerámica. Perteneciente a una característica vasija jubilar. Habitualmente estos recipientes albergaban alimentos dedicados a celebrar el Primer Jubileo del regente, celebrado a los treinta años, en este caso atribuido a Amen-Hotep III. Encontramos una estampa de cartucho real cuyo texto cita: ’Neb-Maat-Ra es el Señor de las ofrendas alimentarias de Ka-Jasut del Norte’.

Ceramic jug neck. Belonging to a characteristic vessels called jubilee. Usually these containers contained food dedicated to celebrating the regent’s First Jubilee, celebrated after thirty years of reign, in this case attributed to Amen-Hotep III. A royal cartouche print can be read , whose text quotes: ‘Neb-Maat-Ra is the Lord of the food offerings of Ka-Jasut of the North’.
