La tumba del Visir Amen-Hotep Huy, AT-28- en Asasif fue utilizada despu茅s del periodo de Amarna, como una necropolis, donde se excavaron las tumbas de miembros del clero de Amon de Tebas para ellos mismos y para sus familiares, alberg谩ndo al menos 15 tumbas a lo largo de 1.400 a帽os.
Esta utilizaci贸n de dicha tumba, en 茅pocas posteriores al Visir, supuso la creaci贸n de una necropolis desde finales del Imperio Nuevo hasta el siglo II d.C, siendo de este modo, uno de los mas importante lugares arqueol贸gicos en la necropolis de Asasif en Luxor West Bank.
El Dr. Francisco Martin-Valentin nos hablar谩 de los mas importante hallazgos realizado hasta el momento en dichas tumbas, siendo en su mayor铆a del Tercer Periodo Intermedio.
Dr. Francisco Martin-Valentin, es Egiptologo con especialidad en Religi贸n Egipcia, Directo de la Misi贸n Arqueol贸gica Espa帽ola Sen-en-Mut y del Proyecto Visir Amen-Hotep Huy.
The tomb of Vizier Amen-Hotep Huy, AT-28- at Asasif was used after the Amarna period, as a necropolis, where the tombs of members of the clergy of Amon of Thebes were excavated for themselves and their relatives, housing the at least 15 tombs over 1,400 years.
This use of said tomb, in times after the Vizier, led to the creation of a necropolis from the end of the New Kingdom to the 2nd century AD, thus being one of the most important archaeological sites in the Asasif necropolis in Luxor West Bank. .
Dr. Francisco Martin-Valentin will tell us about the most important discoveries made so far in these tombs, most of them from the Third Intermediate Period.
Dr. Francisco Martin-Valentin, is an Egyptologist with a specialty in Egyptian Religion, Directed by the Spanish Archaeological Mission Sen-en-Mut and the Vizier Amen-Hotep Huy Project.
