Los amuletos de los Cuatro Hijos de Horus eran empleadas para la custodia de las momias.

A Duamutef Se le representaba con forma de chacal, custodiaba el estómago y vigilaba el Punto Cardinal Este. Mientras que Amset era representado con forma humana, custodiaba el hígado y vigilaba el Punto Cardinal sur.

Image of Duamutef and Amset (Sons of Horus). Duamutef was represented in the form of a jackal, guarding the stomach and guarding the East Cardinal Point. While Amset was represented in human form, he guarded the liver and watched over the southern Cardinal Point.
